BodyWorlds2 in Denver
Today I visited the Body Worlds 2 exhibition at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Just bloody amazing. I wish I could plastinate my body and still be able to look at it. But since that seems unreasonable, maybe I'll ask my dad if I can plastinate his when he goes.
(More or less related -- I spent a lot of time looking at shoulder, neck, and upper back muscles to get a better sense of all my muscle problems and my dad's neck surgery. Learned that there were even more muscles to get screwy than I originally thought.)

This must be one of those things you do in Denver when you're dead?

Wah!!!
Thanks, Don. You should get a prize or something. Odd thing about how the brain works -- I was hearing that movie title in my head all week but never made the connection with the exhibit.
By the way -- can anyone think of any other movies that are set in Denver? I thought that Lost Boys was, but after a quick IMDB search to verify, found out I was wrong. And I owe someone an apology after insisting on it at dinner last week. Unfortunately, I can't remember who it was that I was talking with. (Isn't it ironic?)

Mork and Mindy was set in Boulder. Does that count?

It was great to see you last night! I took a photo of the person dressed up like that exhibit in Houston: http://www.ovenall.com/moblog/archives/006009.php
