Restaurant Starlu's "Eggplant Parmesan, Reconsidered"
From the Restaurant Starlu menu:
"Eggplant parmesan, Re-considered -- this atypical presentation has disks of roasted marinated eggplant layered with crispy fried fresh mozzarella, grilled red onions and spinach served over fresh tomato sauce with fresh herbs -- $15"
This new creation has been the no. 2 hit at Starlu for the last couple of months, but it's disappearing after June 24 or 25 (2005) not to return for at least a year.
